You need to give yourself some time to construct a list of every keyword or phrase that you can think of that describes what you sell or do. This is also known as brainstorming. Come up with plenty of ideas; ask other people for ideas, too, including your customers. Try to figure out what someone would type into search engines in order to find your site. This could be one word or a string of words (a phrase). Focus on 2 and 3 words phrases, like “insurance Fulham” or “Oxford mortgage advisor”
Try the Google keyword tool to see what searchers have been searching for: (Choose your country in the country list first) Google Keyword tool
After you’ve chosen your phrases, Packages can perform additional tests to see how easy/difficult your chosen keyword is, and whether it’s delivering the amount of traffic and conversions you expected. We then make adjustments and refine your search phrases.
This is the most important stage of your SEO project. Spend as much time as it takes to get it right.

2-Meta tags
A meta tag is used by search engines to allow them to list your site in their indexes more accurately. Below is a typical search result that you get on Search engines:
Perhaps the most important tag on a website, as far as search engine rankings go, is the Title tag. This tag provides the description that appears at the top of the browser window in order to let a users know where they are. Because this tag is also used as the official “Title” of your website in most search engine results, it also provides one of your best chances to entice a web surfer to visit your site.
The Description Tag still holds some sway over the major search engines. When used by the engines, this text is usually the basis for the site’s description on search engine results pages. A proper Meta Description tag should provide a brief, accurate, keyword-rich description of the site’s content. Note that no search engine will display more than 250 characters of the Meta Description tag, so it’s best to keep this one brief and to the point.
Keyword Tag: Once thought to be the golden key to high search engine rankings, the importance of the Keyword tag has dropped dramatically over the last few years. Although most major engines no longer use the Keyword tag, it is worthwhile to include it for the smaller engines that do.
Packages Meta tag generator uses the latest online competition data for a particular keyword or phrase, to generate the most efficient title tag for your web page. A carefully chosen title tag, can put you far ahead of your competitors.
It should be noted that several search engines are believed to penalize the rankings of sites that include irrelevant keywords within these tags. Could this be why you’re not happy with your site’s search results?

3-Alt Tags
Alt tags are the text you see on a web page when Hovering your mouse over an image or text. Alt tags are good coding practice for several reasons:
1. Alt tags let visitors know an image or a link is being formatted before it is displayed. Like the text visitors read as they wait, they can anticipate the image before it appears.
2. Search engines can only read text. Images with alt tags allow search engines to match the description to the site’s content, possibly aiding in search engine rankings. Hence, the Google Images search.
So, hover over the images or links in your website. Do they have the important alt text included?
All Packages adhere to proper coding standards. If your web developer is not following fundamentals, we take care of it on our plans.

4-Keyword density and placement on your web page
The importance of keywords to a website is felt in two ways:
Keyword density: How many keywords appear on the page makes a difference to all of the search engine algorithms. It can be used as a factor in determining whether a web page is relevant to a specified keyword or keyword phrase. Due to the ease of managing keyword density, search engines usually implement other measures of relevancy to prevent dishonest webmasters from creating search spam through practices such as keyword stuffing.
Different search engines have different standards for the number of times you can use your keyword on your site without invoking a penalty. Packages suggest an average keyword density of 2 to 5%. to avoid penalties for keyword stuffing from search engines.
Keyword placement: Where the keywords are located on your page is important, to varying degrees, with the major search engines. A common practice is to use more keywords on top of the page and less on the bottom of the page.

5-Minimizing code errors and Markup validation:
One time-consuming SEO step is cleaning your web page from code errors. Most Web documents are written using markup languages, such as HTML or XHTML. The act of checking a document against these standards is called validation, which is what the Markup Validation Service does.
Validating Web documents is an important step which can dramatically help improve SEO and ranking.
As part of our service, your website will be cleaned from any possible errors, making sure it passes the validation test with minimum errors.

6-Manual submission to main search engines
“Search engine submission” refers to the act of getting your website listed with search engines. Getting listed does not mean that you will necessarily rank well for particular terms, however. It simply means that the search engine knows your pages exist.
We offer manual website submission. We visit each search engine site individually and fill out the required information for that search engine. SEOPackages.co.uk doesn’t use fancy scripts or programs for automatic submissions simply because they don’t work. Worse, you might get penalties from search engines for using excessive and automatic submissions and lose your hard-earned ranking.
7-Google Webmaster Tools creation and maintenance (Technical)
Google Webmaster Tools provide handy and useful SEO tools for webmasters and SEO specialists. Packages use Google Search Console to monitor and improve ranking and search results.
Google Webmaster tool helps Google to deliver the most recent pages of your website to searchers by using Google Sitemaps, for both new and existing websites can improve their Google presence.
8-Immediate main directory submission
Directories are search engines powered by human beings. Human editors compile all the listings that directories have. Getting listed with the major directories is very important because their listings are seen by many people. In addition, if you are listed with them, then crawler-based search engines are more likely to find your site and add it to their listings for free.
9-Link popularity build-up with quality websites
Link popularity is the single most influential factor for determining how well a web site will perform in search engine rankings. A website’s link popularity is measured by quality of links pointing to a website. web sites that had a higher number of high quality links were looked upon favourably by the search engines.
Building link popularity for a website can be a time-consuming, monotonous, and daunting task which requires a lot of patience. It is important to carefully plan the long term popularity results while maintaining a low risk of penalty throughout. Don’t forget building up too many links too fast is bad and not natural, hence risk of penalty by search engines.
with SEOPackages.co.uk SEO packages, your link popularity will grow over the course of 1 to 12 months, depending on the SEO package you choose.
More readings about link popularity:
Main classes of links: In the following examples Site A is our website and Site B is an outside site (i.e. a web site under a different domain name than Site A).
Inbound links: Inbound links to a website are links that originate from an outside web site. An example would be a link on Site B pointing into a page on Site A, like this: Site A (—– Site B
Outbound links: Outbound links from a website are links pointing to a page on an outside web site. An example would be a link on Site A pointing out to a page on Site B, like this: Site A —–) Site B
There are two further classifications of links:
Reciprocal links: An example of a reciprocal link is when Site A links to Site B AND Site B links to Site A, the link is reciprocated by both parties.
Site A —–) Site B AND Site A (—– Site B
The best form of Link popularity, as long as scoring on search engines is concerned, is the Inbound links.
